At checkout, you are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method to fit your needs. You are presented with all services available for the shipping address you have entered. Rates and transit times are determined by the carrier, not by Pencils4Less, and we are unable to edit or reduce rates.
Express shipping options such as FedEx overnight or 2 day services apply to business days only. For example, an order placed on Saturday will not ship until the following business day. If you select overnight shipping, your order will NOT arrive on Sunday.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST M-F, are not guaranteed to ship until the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday with the exception of National Holidays.
We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, we have access to the same tracking information that you do. We cannot be held responsible for actions of the carrier, if you think your package has been delivered improperly please contact the carrier immediately.
